Our Leadership Training is designed to identify, train and develop youth leaders who are able to make a real change in the community. We have designed 10 workshops according to our 10 commitments to leadership. These workshops are designed to align students' hearts, hands and minds to becoming an excellent leader. We believe in developing more solution driven individuals who can improve their community well being. We have worked with 5 schools in Kedah to implement these training and the outcomes are extremely positive. In a short amount of time, students are trained to reimagine a better future, identify a local issue and problems that they would like to work on, then they have to design a solution to improve the current situation. By the end of the training, students will also need to pitch their ideal solutions to a panel of community representatives. This training is offered to those schools who have strong school leadership and are willing to empower the students to take on leadership roles. Our leadership training workshops range from 5 hours workshops to 5 days engagement training. We are open to customise the workshops and training to best fit your school’s needs.
